  Negative psychological environment. To overcome physical limits and pain need positivity. I spoke of overcoming and keeping up the effort. The pt spoke of deciding to give up and suicide. I spoke to receptionist about my determination to get 100% recovered and she spoke about malingerers. Yuck!!!!
  
  Maybe if they went through the process of rehabilitation themselves they would know how very important keeping up your spirits are to the process of recovery.
